Candidate psychological profiling (organisational assessment conducted by a psychologist)
This service provides candidate profiling conducted by a psychologist, with the purpose of assessing role and organisational fit.
Depending on the role, profiling may cover: general learning ability, cognitive aptitudes (numerical, verbal, spatial),
reaction speed, decision-making ability, personality and attitudes, interests and values, interpersonal skills,
emotions and behaviours, or any other relevant dimension identified as useful for the role.
